Andrea Petrini talks about Paris Event

In January, Chefs from all over the world will gather in a convention center in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. Each will be given 50 minutes on a stage overlooking 600 seats. The 3 day event is open from 10 am to 6 pm, and each chef will use food and cooking techniques to demonstrate the theme of the event, "Surface, Skin, and Scar". At the same time, occupying the same stage, an artist of the chef's choosing will interpret what the chef is demonstrating. Here Andre Petrini talks to Blaine about the upcoming event, at the "Exquisite Corpse" event in New York City.
